years of work and play in the outdoors, a heck of a lot of world
travel, and hours upon hours of coaching and personal training to
come up with a practice that benefits you. In order to achieve a
real positive lifestyle change, it's incredibly important to consider
all aspects of your health.
Whether inside
or outside, we expect you to work. We expect you to do everything
to challenge yourself and try to get better everyday. It doesn't
matter if you can't do one push up -- what does matter is that you
try.
